Intelligent Piston Accumulators are devices of saving energy in the fluid system. They keep stability while working, extend working life, reduce noise etc. By using the function of remote monitoring, Intelligent Piston Accumulators can ensure functional reliability and accurate maintenance and effectively reduce maintenance fee and personnel safety. Since Intelligent Piston Accumulators effectively offer function of remote monitoring on offshore wind applications and accumulator stations of steel plants, personnel safety and accurate repair can be ensured.
Intelligent Dampers are used in the bridges and houses for shock absorbing when earthquakes and hurricanes happen. Based on the development of the products, it has improved the functions of traditional dampers and added AI applications to solve the problems from original design and strengthen the shock absorption. With structural design and remote monitoring function of ASHUN new invention patent combined with newly developed remote programmable damping coefficient and automatic adjustment function, it enhances the effect of shock absorption. People are able to determine whether the Intelligent Dampers need maintenance and automatic adjustment of the damping coefficient through remotely monitoring the displacement of the damper. By doing so, it effectively enhances the function of the Intelligent Dampers. Besides, people can make a preliminary judgment on the safety of the house and bridge structure, provide fast and accurate information to the competent authority to protect the users’ life safety based on the displacement.
